Welcome to Wylam Community Church
We're a new church for Wylam, rooted in the heart of the village.
Made up of ordinary people, we’re learning to centre our lives on Jesus — studying his Word, praying, and letting his way shape how we live. We believe the Good News is for everyone: through Jesus’ death and resurrection, God offers forgiveness, new life, and lasting hope.
Whether you’re long‑time Christian, new to faith, exploring, or full of questions, we would love to welcome you!

Whole Church Gathering
Our time together is very relaxed.
We start at 3.30pm with refreshments (there is always cake!). Around 4.00pm, we spend about an hour together singing, praying, and hearing the Bible read and explained, and thinking together how this applies to our lives. There is then plenty of time to chat and connect afterwards.
Everyone is welcome, and children and young people will be at the heart of our time together.

Church Family Sunday
Join us for brunch at 10am in one of our homes - get in touch for the venue.
Then, join us in the afternoon for refreshments at 3:30pm in the Methodist Church building. At 4:00pm, you can choose to join us for a time of prayer or get creative at the village Messy Church, a fun, all-age space to explore faith together.

Church Community Sunday (Christians Meeting in Wylam)
Join us on the fourth Sunday each month for Christians Meeting in Wylam - for fellowship, Bible teaching, prayer, and a meal with Christians from Wylam and the Tyne Valley.
